What to expect
This course is aimed at last-year residents and board-certified radiologists interested in musculoskeletal imaging. This intense one-day program is articulated on imaging strategies for the musculoskeletal system, with emphasis in diagnostic issues and pitfalls, and impact of imaging on patient management. It is designed to update knowledge on the role of imaging modalities, focusing on bone and soft tissue tumors, on spinal diseases and image guided spinal intervention. In addition, there is a special focus on ultrasound guided intervention and ultrasound examinations of soft tissues and joints.

Learning Objectives
- to learn and consolidate knowledge in basic and advanced spinal radiology, including spinal interventions
- to learn how to diagnose and manage bone and soft tissue tumours
- to know the role of imaging in the diagnosis and management of soft tissue injuries of muscles and tendons around the shoulder, wrist, knee, and ankle
- to be able to perform ultrasound guided intervention of calcific tendinopathy

Fees
The registration fee includes only the ESOR Asklepios Course on Cardiac Imaging. Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements themselves.
